Current Programs
Within the Northern Territory there are a range of water safety programs which are available for individuals, community and school groups. These programs have been researched and developed by national organisations and are delivered by local branches.
A free Water Safety Awareness Program is available to all Territory families with children aged six months to five years. Free instructor training courses are also offered to encourage people in remote communities to gain qualifications to teach water safety awareness skills to young children and their parents.
